摘要
采用Mastersizer 2000E马尔文激光粒度仪对催化裂化催化剂进行粒度分析,考察背景测量、分散剂的选择、搅拌速度、遮光度、测量时间等因素对粒度测定结果的影响,确定的分析条件:蒸馏水为分散剂、搅拌速度2 000 r/min、遮光度10%~15%、测量时间10 s。结果表明:在该条件下所测得的各粒度数据重现性好、准确度高,且此方法容易建立、分析速度快、操作简便。
The particle size of FCC catalysts was analyzed by Mastersizer 2000 E laser particle size analyzer.Factors influencing the particle size distribution of FCC catalysts were investigated such as background measurement,dispersant selection,stirring speed,light obscuration degree,test time and etc.The analysis conditions were determined: distilled water as dispersant medium,stirring speed was 2 500 r/min,range of the light obscuration degree was 10% to15%,test time was 10 s.The results indicated that data repeatability of the particle size analysis was good and the accuracy was high under the previous mentioned test analysis conditions.The analysis method was easy to be established,fast and easy operating.
