2-巯基苯并咪唑的熔点和含量测试方法

摘要 开发了2-巯基苯并咪唑熔点和含量的测试方法。在熔点测定仪中,起始温度为260℃,终止温度为315℃,按8℃/min升温至306℃时改为2℃/min的升温程序进行并测定,可在10 min左右得到样品的准确熔点。在高效液相色谱中,选用C18色谱柱,流动相(V(甲醇)∶V(水)=30∶70)的流速为1.0 m L/min、260 nm的波长时进样20μL,能较好地体现出样品中的杂质,测出产品准确的主含量,并建立了标准工作曲线。 The method for determination of melting point and content of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole was developed.The accurate melting point of the sample could be obtained in the melting point analyzer in about 10 minutes by the following program: set the starting/ending temperature at 260 ℃/315 ℃,after the temperature was raised from 260 ℃ to 306 ℃ at the speed of 8 ℃/min,then the temperature was continuously raised from 306 ℃ to 315 ℃ at the speed of 2 ℃/min.The impurities in the sample and accurate content of the main component in the sample could be determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) of C18 column under the following conditions,the flow rate of mobile phase which was forming by methanol and water with volume ratio was 30 to 70,was 1.0 m L/min,wavelength was 260 nm.The standard curve was established.
