自控系统在超市节能中的应用

超市面对的消费者是最为广泛的消费人群,同时也是能源的主要消耗行业之一。据超市行业节能情况调查报告显示,在一家营业面积约为8000m2的大型综合超市里,年能耗费用总额平均为176万元,能耗费用占总费用比约为20%,其中电费是超市能耗费用中最重要的部分,约占72%.目前大多数超市的用电设备主要包括冷冻冷藏设备、照明设备、空调设备、排风扇、自动扶梯用电等。其中空调用电约占超市用电量总量25~35%,照明设备用电约占15~25%。通过对超市的基本用电设备的分析可以看出,在目前的大中型超市中存在着非常大的节能空间,节能效果显著。因此,本文对自控系统在超市节能中的应用进行了分析。

the supermarket in the face of consumer is the most widely consumption crowd,is also one of the major energy consumption industry.According to the supermarket industry energy conservation situation investigation,according to a report in a business area of about 8000 m2 of the large-scale comprehensive supermarket,annual energy costs an average of 16 million yuan,the total energy costs than about 20%of total cost,in which electricity is the most important part of the supermarket energy costs,accounting for about 72%,at present most of the supermarket electricity equipment mainly includes refrigeration equipment,lighting equipment,air conditioning,ventilator,escalators,electricity,etc.The air conditioning electricity accounts for about 25~35%power consumption amount,supermarket lighting electricity accounts for about 15 to 25%.Through the analysis of basic electrical equipment of the supermarket,you can see that in the present large and medium-sized supermarkets exist very big energy saving space,energy-saving effect is remarkable.Therefore,in this paper,the application of automatic control system and energy saving in the supermarket are analyzed.
