自拟解毒逐瘀方在治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎中的疗效观察

目的探讨自拟解毒逐瘀方在治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎中的临床应用。方法选取我院2017年12月~2019年12月120例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者采用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗1个月,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合自拟解毒逐瘀方治疗。在治疗前后对比两组的慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)、治疗效果和前列腺液的生化指标。结果两组患者的NIH-CPSI各项指标评分均明显下降,在治疗后研究组患者NIH-CPSI各项指标评分显著低于对照组。研究组患者在治疗后的总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗后研究组患者的白细胞计数、白细胞介素2 (interleukin-2, IL-2)和C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein, CRP)水平较治疗前明显下降,而对照组在治疗前后白细胞计数、IL-2和CRP水平无统计差异。结论自拟解毒逐瘀方能有效促进慢性前列腺炎治疗的疗效,减轻患者的炎症反应。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacyapplication of Jiedu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of damp heat and stasis type chronic prostatitis of damp heat and stasis type.Methods Total of 120 patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The patients inof the control group were treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules for a month,and the patients in t.The study group was treated with Jiedu Zhuyu Decoction and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsuleson the basis of the control group.The chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),treatment effect,and biochemical indicators of prostatic fluid were comparatively analyzeded between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results The NIH-CPSI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the scores of the NIH-CPSI of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The total effective rate of patients in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the leukocyte count,interleukin-2(IL-2)and C-reaction protein(CRP)levels in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment.,bBut,there wereas no significanttatistical differences in the leukocyte count,IL-2 and CRP levels in the control group before and after treatment.Conclusion Jiedu Zhuyu Decoction exhibits better can effectively promote the therapeutic effect in the treatment of of chronic prostatitis and simultaneously reduces the patients'inflammatory reaction of patients.
