桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的多中心研究桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床疗效。方法选择2019年2月到2020年2月分别在徐州市中心医院、中国人民解放军武汉总医院、江苏省中医院就诊的良性前列腺增生症患者,共88例,进行口服桂枝茯苓胶囊药物治疗,检测患者治疗前后前列腺体积和残余尿量,并使用国际前列腺评分表(I-PSS),生活质量指数(QOL)进行评估,观察并比较桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗前及治疗后4周,8周,12周的前列腺增生患者的评分情况。结果88例患者采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,统计学分析显示前列腺体积及残余尿量,I-PSS评分和QOL评分均呈下降趋势,治疗4周后各指标均有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);而治疗8周和治疗12周后,与治疗前比较,前列腺体积及残余尿量,I-PSS评分和QOL评分与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),治疗12周后有效率达到73.8%(65/88)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊在长期(大于8周)治疗BPH有效,前列腺体积和残余尿量下降明显,生活质量和下尿路症状改善,可以作为治疗BPH的一种药物。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)in a multi-center study.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,a total of 88 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the outpatient clinics of Xuzhou Central Hospital,Wuhan General Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army,and Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were recruited for oral treatment with Guizhi Fuling capsules.The prostate volume and residual urine volume of the patients before and after treatment were scored using the International Prostate Score(I-PSS)and Quality of Life Index(QOL).The scores of patients before treatment and 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after treatment were comparatively analyzed.Results For the treated patients with Guizhi Fuling Capsules,their prostate volumes and residual urine volume,I-PSS score and QOL score all showed a decrease trend.After 4 weeks of treatment,all indexes declined,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);and after 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,their prostate volumes and residual urine volumes,I-PSS scores and QOL scores were all significantly different from those before treatment(all P<0.05),the effective rate reached 73.8%(65/88)after 12 weeks of treatment.Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule is effective in the treatment of the patients with BPH for a long time(more than 8 weeks).Guizhi Fuling Capsule can obviously improve their life quality and lower urinary tract symptoms,and significantly reduce prostate volume and residual urine volume.It can be used as a medicine for the treatment of BPH.
