摘要
针对山西兰花科创玉溪煤矿1301工作面顶板强度大,易出现大面积悬顶的问题,提出对工作面顶板进行弱化,从水力弱化和爆破弱化两方面阐述了目前常用的弱化技术;结合1301工作面实际情况,决定采用超前深孔爆破预裂技术处理1301工作面顶板,分析了超前深孔预裂爆破的原理,确定了深孔爆破预裂参数和爆破方案,并对顶板弱化效果进行了考察。结果表明,所采用的顶板弱化技术改善了工作面的矿压分布,减小了围岩的位移量,保证了1301工作面的顶板作业安全。
In view of the high strength of the roof of 1301 working face,Yuxi Colliery,Shanxi Lanhua Science and Technology Venture Co.,Ltd.,which is prone to large area overhanging,the article puts forward to weakening the roof of the working face,expounds the current commonly used weakening technology from two aspects:hydraulic weakening and blasting weakening.Combined with the actual situation of 1301 working face,the article analyzes the principle of advanced deep hole pre-splitting blasting,determines the deep hole blasting pre-splitting parameters and blasting plan,and investigates the roof weakening effect,which improves the mine pressure distribution of the working face,reduces the displacement of the surrounding rock,and ensures the safety of the roof working on the 1301 working face.
