坚硬顶板综采面端头悬顶处理技术应用 被引量:5

摘要 西铭矿8#煤顶板为石灰岩顶板,平均厚度3.08 m左右。回采过程中,经常会出现机尾采空区悬顶面积大于2×5 m2的情况,顶板及上覆岩层的重量施加到煤柱上,导致煤柱变形严重。采用提前在超前支架段对顶板进行浅孔定向爆破预裂和预打密集切顶卸压孔的方法卸压,避免了悬空顶板大面积垮落所造成的急增压,减小下一工作面相邻巷道围岩变形,有效地防止了工作面端头悬顶突然垮落及瓦斯超限带来的安全隐患。 The roof of 8#coal in Ximing Colliery is limestone roof with an average thickness of about 3.08 m.During the mining process,the suspended roof area of the goaf of the tailgate is often larger than 2×5 m2,and the weight of the roof and the overlying rock layer is applied to the coal pillars,causing serious deformation of the coal pillars.Pre-splitting the roof with shallow hole directional blasting and pre-drilling dense top-cut pressure relief holes in the advanced support section is adopted to avoid the rapid pressurization caused by the large-area collapse of the suspended roof and reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock of the adjacent roadway at the next working face,which effectively prevents the safety hazard caused by the sudden collapse of the top of the working face and the gas exceeding the limit.
