摘要
为解决电磁风门电耗高、材料损耗大的问题,在其基础上进行了改进,设计双闭锁式风动防撞风门,该风门利用压缩空气实现自动开闭,利用气动卡轨器实现风门的防撞功能。通过在3118工作面试验结果可知:该风门的使用避免风流短路、风门被撞等不必要的安全风险,同时节约了电费、材料费用、维修维护费用。
In order to solve the high power consumption and material loss in electromagnetic damper,based on the improved,the author designs the double-lock pneumatic anti-collision damper,which can achieve the automatic open and close by use of compressed air and the anti-collision by use of pneumatic rail clip,and avoid the safety risks of short circuit and damper collision with low electricity,material and maintenance cost.
