摘要
为确保矿井局部通风系统稳定,对局部通风系统结构组成及通风系统高、低压供电和机械系统的故障类型及故障原因进行分析,并采用FMEA法对忻州窑煤矿局部通风系统故障的风险度进行评价。结果表明:变压器损坏、高压电缆故障、风量减小和叶轮损坏的严重程度为Ⅰ类,为局部通风系统的重大安全风险,必须采取一定的措施加以管控。
In order to ensure the stability of the local ventilation system of the mine,the paper analyzes the structural composition of the local ventilation system,the failure types and causes of the high and low voltage power supply and mechanical system of the ventilation system,and proposes the FMEA method to evaluate the failure risk of the local ventilation system inXinzhou Kiln Colliery,whose results show that the severity of transformer damage,high-voltage cable failure,air volume reduction and impeller damage is class I—a major risk of local ventilation system,and must be controlled by certain measures.
