Analysis of Establishing Management System of Modern safety Production in Mine Enterprises

煤炭企业是一个高风险行业。山西省煤矿企业经过实践与探索形成了一套安全风险预控管理体系,通过培训教育,强化安全理念,敲响安全警钟;通过安全保障管理、排查员工的不安全行为,强化生产系统安全要素管理,加强所有部门和基层安全预控;通过检查、审核与评审堵塞安全漏洞,夯实安全基础,形成行之有效的现代安全生产管理体系,为煤矿企业安全生产提供实践依据。

The paper introduces a set of management system for safety risk pre-control implemented in Shanxi Mine Enterprises through practice and exploration,in which the security concept is strengthened by training education;the security elements management of production system is enhanced through security management and investigation of staff's unsafe behavior,and the security vulnerabilities are prevented by inspection,verification and evaluation,providing a practical basis for safety production in mine enterprises.
