竖井单绳提升系统选型分析

摘要 竖井提升在我国中小型矿山中应用广泛,按照《矿井安全规程》和《煤炭工业设计规范》,本着安全可靠节省开支的原则,以内蒙古某矿为计算实例对竖井单绳提升系统进行设备选型分析,归纳选型过程中各设备的选择依据和方法,通过分析在竖井提升中遇到的问题,研究了典型竖井单绳提升系统的设备选型应用,得到在单绳竖井提升系統最优化设计。 Shaft hoisting is widely used in small and medium-sized mines in China.In this article,combined with the example of a mine in Inner Mongolia,analying the equipment selection of single shaft hoisting system in shaft was illustrated strictly in accordance with the " mine safety regulations" and "coal industry design specifications",with the principle of safety and economy.The selection basis and method of each equipment in the process of selection are summarized.Through the analysis of the problems encountered in the shaft hoisting,the equipment selection and application of typical single rope hoisting system are studied,and the optimal design of single rope hoisting system in single rope shaft is obtained.
