摘要 火试金重量法测定含银催化剂中银含量,考察了富集物料配比、灰吹温度对银含量分析结果的影响,结果表明灰吹温度为900℃适宜。为修正方法回收率,称取与样品银含量相当的银粉,按相同的实验步骤和实验条件进行分析,银粉回收率作为校正因子α,对实际分析结果进行校正回收率为99.7%~100.08%。对实际样品进行分析,测定值与推荐值相一致,相对标准偏差RSD(n=7)<2%,方法精密度较好。 Fire assay gravimetric method to determine content of silver catalyst boc,examines the enrichment of ash blowing temperature on the proportion of silver content analysis results,the influence of the results showed that the ash blowing temperature for 900 is suitable for the correction method of recovery,weigh and silver powder,silver content quite to the sample in the same experimental steps and experimental conditions were analyzed,and the silver recovery rate as a correction factor alpha,the actual analysis results are correct recovery is 99.7% ~100.08%of actual samples were analyzed,and the measured value is consistent with the recommended values,the relative standard deviation RSD(n=7)<2%,the method has good precision.
