电离辐射对肠道菌群的影响及基于菌群调节的辐射防护研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 电离辐射改变肠道菌群的组成,以厚壁菌门和变形菌门增加,拟杆菌门降低较为常见。辐射对菌群的改变往往伴随多种代谢产物的含量变化,如短链脂肪酸、芳香族氨基酸和胆汁酸等,并与肠道屏障功能、免疫平衡及炎症因子表达水平的改变具有相关性。益生菌补充、粪菌移植及活性化合物干预等方法可以通过调节肠道菌群平衡减轻电离辐射损伤。本文综述电离辐射对肠道菌群的影响及基于菌群调节的辐射防护研究最新进展,为新型辐射防护剂的开发提供参考。 Ionizing radiation can change the composition of gut microbiota.The most commonly constitution at the phylum level is the increment of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria,and the decrement of Bacteroidetes.The unbalance constitution of gut microbiota caused by the ionizing radiation is often associated with the changed in the content of multiple metabolites,such as the short-chain fatty acids,aromatic amino acids and bile acids,which are related to the intestinal barrier function,immune balance and expression levels of inflammatory factors.Probiotics,fecal microbiota transplantation and interven⁃tion with active compounds can regulate gut microbiota balance and alleviate ionizing radiation injuries of the irradiated animals and radiotherapy patients to some extent.In this paper,we review the latest progress in the effects of ionizing radiation on gut microbiota and radioprotection based on gut microbiota,hoping to provide reference for the development of new radiation protection agents.
