附着龈重建在口腔种植修复治疗中有效率评价

Evaluation of the Effective Rate of Gingival Reconstruction in Oral Implant Repair

目的分析在进行口腔种植修复中使用附着龈重建的临床治疗效果。方法将我院在2018年9月—2019年10月收治的100例口腔种植修复患者作为本次试验研究对象,将其采用信封法均分两组,两组患者各50例,对比组行常规治疗,研究组行附着龈重建治疗,观察和对比两组患者治疗后患者口腔功能以及治疗满意度。结果与对比组相比,研究组患者治疗后口腔功能恢复效果更佳,有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组相比,研究组患者总治疗满意率100%优势更明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组相比,研究组患者总治疗有效率94%优势更明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行口腔种植修复中使用附着龈重建对于促进患者口腔功能恢复有着重要作用,同时治疗后患者总治疗满意度较高,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of reconstruction of attached gingiva in dental implant repair.Methods 100 cases of patients with oral implant prosthesis in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were equally divided into two groups by envelope method,50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received attached gingival reconstruction treatment.The oral function and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the oral function recovery effect of the study group was better after treatment,was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the total treatment satisfaction rate of the study group was 100%more obvious,was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the total effective rate of 94%in the study group was more obvious,had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of attached gingiva reconstruction in dental implant restoration plays an important role in promoting the recovery of oral function,and the patients'total treatment satisfaction is high after treatment,which is worthy of clinical reference.
