鼻内镜联合激素对慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Combined With Hormone on Chronic Sinusitis

目的探讨鼻内镜手术联合糖皮质激素对慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2017年6月—2019年12月在我院拟诊为慢性鼻窦炎的患者98例,随机分为两组各49例,对照组给予常规鼻内镜手术和冲洗,观察组在鼻内镜和冲洗的基础上局部给予糖皮质激素,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率,并发症,黏膜上皮化时间与复发例数优于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术联合糖皮质激素对慢性鼻窦炎患者具有较好的临床效果,并发症少,鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间短,二次手术发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with glucocorticoid on chronic sinusitis.Methods From June 2017 to December 2019,98 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,49 in each group.The control group was given routine endoscopic surgery and irrigation.The observation group was given local glucocorticoids on the basis of endoscopic surgery and irrigation,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate,complications,time of mucosal epithelization and the number of recurrent cases in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with glucocorticoid has a good clinical effect on patients with chronic sinusitis,with few complications,short time of nasal mucosa epithelization,and low incidence of secondary surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
