摘要
目的探究对胫骨平台骨折患者实施膝关节镜引导微创复位内固定治疗的效果。方法随机将2017年3月—2019年4月我院62例胫骨平台骨折患者分为对照组(31例,应用传统切开复位内固定治疗)、试验组(31例,应用膝关节镜引导微创复位内固定治疗)。随访半年,对比两组手术情况、骨折愈合时间、膝关节功能恢复情况及不良反应发生率。结果试验组术中出血量、骨折愈合时间较对照组更少,且切口长度较对照组更小,P<0.05,但两组手术时间无显著差异,P>0.05;试验组膝关节功能恢复优良率(93.55%)较对照组(74.19%)更高,P<0.05;试验组不良反应发生率(3.23%)较对照组(19.35%)更低,P<0.05。结论对胫骨平台骨折患者实施膝关节镜引导微创复位内固定治疗的效果更佳,骨折愈合时间更短,且不良反应更少。
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive reduction and internal fixation guided by knee arthroscopy in patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods Randomly divide 62 patients with tibial plateau fractures in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 into a control group(31 cases,using traditional open reduction and internal fixation),and a test group(31 cases,using knee arthroscopy to guide minimally invasive reset internal fixation therapy).Followed up for half a year,compared the operation,fracture healing time,knee joint function recovery and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of the test group were less than the control group,and the incision length was smaller than the control group,P<0.05,but there was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups,P>0.05;The rate(93.55%)was higher than that of the control group(74.19%),P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions(3.23%)in the test group was lower than that of the control group (19.35%), P < 0.05.Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive reduction and internalfixation guided by knee arthroscopy for patients with tibial plateaufractures is better, the fracture healing time is shorter, and there arefewer adverse reactions.
