探讨小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效及安全性

Investigate the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Low Dose Mifepristone in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的治疗效果以及药物安全性。方法本试验将随机抽查我院子宫肌瘤疾病患者70例作为试验对象,试验开展的时间为2017年4月—2019年4月。应用随机抽样数表法分组,将患者分为对照组、观察组,各35例。对照组的治疗措施是大剂量米非司酮药物治疗,观察组的治疗措施是小剂量米非司酮药物治疗,观察两组的治疗疗效、治疗前后激素水平、不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),对照组的治疗总有效率为60.00%(21/35),观察组的治疗有效率显著较高,高出对照组26%以上;治疗后,两组患者的内分泌激素水平显著降低,且观察组患者的平均降低的幅度显著更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组出现恶心6例、头晕3例、腹痛1例,对照组患者的并发症发生率为28.57%(10/35);观察组出现恶心1例、头晕1例、腹痛0例,观察组患者的并发症发生率为5.71%(2/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效,可以有效抑制不良反应的发生率,激素水平控制得更好,值得临床大力推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods In this study,70 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were randomly selected to be tested.The time of the trial was from April 2017 to April 2019.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases each.The treatment of the control group was high-dose mifepristone drug treatment,while the treatment of the observation group was low-dose mifepristone drug treatment.The therapeutic effect,hormone levels before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate was 94.29%(33/35)in the observation group,and 60.00%(21/35)in the control group.After treatment,the levels of endocrine hormones in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the average reduction was significantly greater in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were 6 cases of nausea,3 cases of dizziness and 1 case of abdominal pain in the control group,and the complication rate of the control group was 28.57%(10/35).There were 1 case of nausea,1 case of dizziness and 0 cases of abdominal pain in the observation group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%(2/35),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of low-dose mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively inhibit the incidence of adverse reactions,hormone level control better, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
