甘草酸对癫痫大鼠海马神经元损伤的保护作用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析甘草酸对癫痫大鼠海马神经元损伤起到的保护作用与机制。方法研究时间为2019年1—2月,选择20只雄性大鼠,对其腹腔内注射氯化锂,在24 h后继续注射1 mg/kg阿托品,将其作为研究的癫痫模型。其中10只划分为观察组,在造模成功后从胃部灌入甘草酸,另外10只划分为对照组,造模成功后不进行任何处理。之后比较两组大鼠海马组织中的caspase 3和caspase 9活性差异,分析甘草酸起到的保护功能。结果研究结果表明,观察组神经元细胞数量要大于对照组神经元细胞数量,证实了甘草酸在神经元细胞损伤方面的抑制效果;观察组大鼠的caspase 3,caspase 9活性均要显著优于对照组,数据结果差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 甘草酸可以控制癫痫大鼠的海马神经元损伤改善,促进细胞活性的增加,为甘草酸在癫痫疾病的临床应用提供了理论依据。 Objective To analyze the protective effect and mechanism of glycyrrhizin on hippocampal neuron injury in epileptic rats.Methods The study was conducted in January-February 2019.Twenty male rats were selected and intraperitoneal injected with lithium chloride,followed by 1 mg/kg atropine 24 h later,as the epilepsy model of the study.Ten of them were divided into the observation group and were injected with glycyrrhizin from the stomach after successful modeling,while the other 10 were divided into the control group and were not treated after successful modeling.Then,the activity differences of caspase 3 and caspase 9 in hippocampal tissues of the two groups were compared to analyze the protective function of glycyrrhizin.Results The results showed that the number of neurons in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,which confirmed the inhibitory effect of glycyrrhizin on neuron damage.The caspase 3、caspase 9 activity of the rats in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Glycyrrhizin can control the improvement of hippocampal neuron damage in epileptic rats,promote the increase of cell activity,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of glycyrrhizin in epilepsy.
