护理风险管理在宫颈癌患者术后化疗的作用

The Role of Nursing Risk Management in Postoperative Chemotherapy in Patients With Cervical Cancer

目的了解护理风险管理在宫颈癌患者术后化疗期间的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2017年4月—2019年4月收治的92例宫颈癌手术后化疗患者的临床资料,其中46例采取常规护理的患者设为常规手术后化疗期间护理组,另外46例采取术后化疗期间护理风险管理的患者设为术后化疗期间护理风险管理组,对比两组患者的术后化疗药液外渗、静脉炎反应情况及护理满意度、风险管理质量(业务培训质量、风险管理制度完善性、护患关系和谐性)。结果常规手术后化疗期间护理组药液外渗发生率为19.6%,术后化疗期间护理风险管理组药液外渗发生率为2.2%。常规手术后化疗期间护理组静脉炎发生率为21.7%;术后化疗期间护理风险管理组静脉炎发生率为6.5%(P<0.05)。常规手术后化疗期间护理组护理满意度为84.8%,术后化疗期间护理风险管理组护理满意度为97.8%(P< 0.05)。术后化疗期间护理风险管理组患者的风险管理质量(业务培训质量、风险管理制度完善性、护患关系和谐性)(95.21±1.21)分、(94.01±1.82)分、(93.12±2.21)分高于常规手术后化疗期间护理组(84.45±1.44)分、(83.61±1.21)分、(83.45±1.21)分(P < 0.05)。结论 术后化疗期间护理风险管理是减少化疗风险,提升整体护理效果的关键,值得宫颈癌手术后化疗患者应用。

Objective To understand the value of nursing risk management in postoperative chemotherapy for cervical cancer patients.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with cervical cancer after chemotherapy from April 2017 to April 2019 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,46 patients who received routine nursing were set as nursing group during routine postoperative chemotherapy,and 46 Patients who underwent nursing risk management during postoperative chemotherapy were enrolled as the nursing risk management group during postoperative chemotherapy.The postoperative chemotherapy drug solution extravasation,phlebitis response and nursing satisfaction,risk management quality(business training)were compared between the two groups.Quality,risk management system integrity,and the relationship between nurses and patients.Results The incidence of drug extravasation in the nursing group during the postoperative chemotherapy was 19.6%,and the incidence of drug extravasation in the nursing risk management group during the postoperative chemotherapy was 2.2%(P<0.05).The incidence of phlebitis in the nursing group was 21.7%during the postoperative chemotherapy,and the incidence of phlebitis in the nursing risk management group was 6.5%(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the nursing group was 84.8%during the postoperative chemotherapy,and the nursing satisfaction of the nursing risk management group was 97.8%(P<0.05).The risk management quality of the patients in the nursing risk management group during the postoperative chemotherapy(business training quality,risk management system perfection,and nurse-patient relationship harmony)(95.21±1.21)points,(94.01±1.82)points,(93.12±2.21)points higher than the conventional postoperative chemotherapy The period of care group was(84.45±1.44),(83.61±1.21),and(83.45±1.21)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management during postoperative chemotherapy is the key to reduce the risk of chemotherapy and improve the overall nursing effect.It is worthy of application of postoperative chemotherapy for cervical cancer.
