摘要
独脚金内酯具有抑制分枝发育进而调控植物株型的作用,本研究利用人工合成独脚金内酯类似物GR24对处于生长发育后期的大田油菜二级分枝进行处理,分析独脚金内酯对油菜分枝及生长发育的影响。结果显示,5μmol/L GR24处理可有效抑制油菜二级分枝的生长;油菜有效角果比例提高7.3%、果荚长度增长10.6%、每荚粒数提高25.4%、千粒重增加7.2%,油菜饱满籽粒总重量提升31%;油菜籽粒脂肪酸含量提高10.1%;种子发芽率显著提高。研究结果表明,通过独脚金内酯抑制油菜二级分枝发育调整油菜生长发育后期的营养分配,可提升油菜种子质量,增加油菜产量。
Strigolactones can inh ibit branching development and regulate plant type. In this study, the second branching of oilseed rape was treated with GR24, a synthetic analogue of strigolactones, at anaphase of growth and development, and the effects of strigolactones on branching and growth of oilseed rape were analyzed. Results show 5 μmol/L GR24 treatment could effectively inhibit the growth of secondary branching in Brassica napus;The proportion of effective pods in rape increased by 7.3%;the length of silique increased by 10.6%;the number of seeds per pod increased by 25.4%, and the weight of 1 000 rape seeds increased by 7.2%. The total yield of rape has increased by 31%. The content of fatty acid in rape seeds has increased by 10.1%. The germination rate of rape seeds has significantly increased. Through inhibiting secondary branching development of rape by strigolactones,the nutritional allocation of rape in anaphase of growth and development was adjusted, the quality of rape seeds was improved, and the yield of rape was increased.
