米力农联合注射用血塞通中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的临床研究

Clinical research on milrinone combined with panax notoginseng saponins for injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的探讨米力农注射液与注射用血塞通中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2017年3月~2019年2月收治的200例慢性肺源性心脏病患者临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和试验组,每组各100例。对照组患者采用常规治疗方法,试验组患者在常规治疗基础上采用米力农注射液联合注射用血塞通中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,肺功能包括第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1%预计值),满意度调查。结果中西医结合治疗干预后,试验组患者临床疗效显著改善,肺功能水平明显提高,满意度调查结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米力农注射液与注射用血塞通中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期能有效改善患者临床疗效,显著改善肺功能,提高患者满意度,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of milrinone injection and panax notoginseng saponins(PNS)for injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group(n=100)and the experimental group(n=100).Patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy,while patients in the experimental group were treated with milrinone injection combined with PNS for injection of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of routine therapy.The clinical efficacy and pulmonary function of the two groups of patients were compared,in which the first second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),the first second forced expiratory volume percentage of predicted value(FEV1%predicted value),and the satisfaction survey was included.Results After the intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,the clinical efficacy of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved,the pulmonary function level was significantly increased,and the satisfaction survey results were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Milrinone injection combined with PNS for injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease effectively improves the clinical efficacy of patients,significantly enhances lung function,upgrades patients'satisfaction,and has clinical application value.
