艾灸护理对中风后患者康复的影响

Impacts of moxibustion nursing on rehabilitation in patients after stroke

目的探讨艾灸护理对中风后患者身心健康的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月~2019年9月接收的中风患者68例,分为两组,对照组32例实施常规护理,观察组36例予以艾灸护理。比较分析两组的情绪评分、运动功能改善情况、Barthel评分、护理满意度等情况。结果观察组中风患者护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组患者FMA评分、Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为97.22%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中风患者实施艾灸护理,可促进其肢体功能及日常生活活动能力尽快恢复,提高护理满意度,临床值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of moxibustion nursing on physical and mental health in patients after stroke.Methods From March 2017 to September 2019,68 patients with stroke admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=36),which was treated by routine nursing and moxibustion nursing,respectively.The emotional score,motor function improvement,Barthel score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The anxiety score and depression score of stroke patients in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the FMA score and Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(97.22%)was higher than that in the control group(81.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion nursing for stroke patients promotes the rehabilitation of limb function and activity of daily living as soon as possible,improves nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinics.
