保留乳头乳晕复合体在乳腺癌外科手术临床应用

Clinical application of preserving nipple areola complex in breast cancer surgery

目的探讨保留乳头乳晕复合体在乳腺癌外科手术临床应用效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年5月我院收治的行乳腺癌外科手术患者,共64例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各32例,对照组施以传统改良根治术,试验组施以保留乳头乳晕复合体根治术,对患者术后的并发症情况、术后美容满意度情况、治疗后的焦虑发生率情况进行观察。结果试验组的美容满意度明显较高,焦虑发生率明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保留乳头乳晕复合体在乳腺癌外科手术临床应用具有良好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical application of preserving nipple areola complex(NAC)in breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 64 breast cancer surgical patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional modified radical surgery,while the experimental group was treated with radical surgery preserving NAC.The postoperative complications,postoperative beauty satisfaction and incidence of anxiety of the patients after treatment were observed.Results The beauty satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher,and its incidence of anxiety was significantly lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidences of postoperative complications were similar,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Preserving NAC has good effect in clinical application of breast cancer surgery.
