手术时机对老年髋部骨折患者的康复效果影响观察

Observation of impacts of operation time on rehabilitation efficacy of elderly patients with hip fracture

目的探讨不同手术时机对老年髋部骨折患者的康复效果。方法选择2019年1~12月在我院骨科治疗的老年髋部骨折患者78例作为研究对象。采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组在患者骨折后36~48h进行手术治疗。观察组在患者骨折后36h内进行手术治疗。从患者手术时间、住院时间、髋部骨折愈合时间、髋关节功能、生活能力和康复阶段并发症发生率几方面,比较治疗效果。结果观察组住院时间和髋部骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,髋关节功能评分和生活能力评分高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提前对老年髋部骨折患者进行手术治疗,可以有效提高患者术后的康复效果。

Objective To investigate impacts of different operation time on rehabilitation efficacy of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to and treated in the orthopedic department of our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the treatment objects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=39)according to the random number table method.The control group was given surgical treatment 36-48 hours after fracture.The observation group was given surgical treatment within 36 hours after fracture.The therapeutic efficacies were compared in terms of operation time,hospitalization time,hip fracture healing time,hip joint function,activity of daily living(ADL)and incidence rate of complications in rehabilitation stage.Results The hospitalization time and hip fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the hip joint function score and ADL score were higher than those in the control group,the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early surgical treatment for elderly patients with hip fracture effectively improves the postoperative rehabilitation efficacy of the patients.
