Dyad Flow自粘接流动树脂用于低龄儿童窝沟封闭的临床探讨

Clinical discussion on Dyad Flow self-adhesive flowable resin for pit and fissure sealant in young children

目的应用Dyad Flow自粘接流动树脂对低龄儿童第二乳磨牙进行窝沟封闭,观察18个月内窝沟封闭剂的保留情况,评价Dyad Flow自粘接流动树脂在低龄儿童行窝沟封闭术中应用效果。方法选择74例3~4岁低龄儿童的完全萌出无龋坏的第二乳磨牙296颗分为两组。采用自身半口对照方法,随机选择一侧第二乳磨牙,应用Dyad Flow自粘接流动树脂结合自酸蚀粘接剂涂布牙面作为试验组(A组),对侧牙应用光固化窝沟封闭剂结合磷酸酸蚀处理牙面作为对照组(B组)。定期复查两组封闭剂的保留情况和患龋情况。结果第3、6个月复查时两组封闭剂保留率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);第12、18个月复查时,A组封闭剂保留率高于B组(P<0.05)。第3个月复查时两组均无龋齿发生;第6个月复查时两组患龋率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第12、18个月复查时,A组患龋率显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论应用Dyad Flow自粘接流动树脂对低龄儿童第二乳磨牙进行窝沟封闭,能提高封闭剂的保留率,降低患龋率,推荐临床上使用。

Objective To seal the pit and fissure of the second deciduous molars of young children with Dyad Flow self-adhesive flowable resin,to observe the retention of pit and fissure sealant within 18 months,and to evaluate the application efficacy of Dyad Flow self-adhesive flowable resin for pit and fissure sealant of young children.Methods A total of 296 pieces of the second deciduous molars of 74 cases of 3-4 years old young children with the complete eruption and no caries were selected and divided into two groups.One side of the second deciduous molars was randomly selected by the self-controlled half-mouth method.Dyad Flow self-adhesive flow resin combined with self-etching adhesive was applied to coat the tooth surface as the test group(group A),while the other side of the tooth was treated with photo-curing pit and fissure sealant combined with phosphoric acid etching as the control group(group B).The retention and caries status of the two groups of sealants were reviewed regularly.Results There were no significant differences in the retention rate of sealant between the two groups at the 3rd and 6th months of reexamination(P>0.05).At the 12th and 18th month,the retention rate of blocking agent in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).At the 3rd month,no dental caries occurred in both groups.At the 6th month,there were no significant differences in caries incidence between the two groups(P>0.05).At the 12th and 18th month,the caries rate in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Dyad Flow self-adhesive flowable resin is applied to seal the pit and fissure of the second deciduous molars of young children,which improves the retention rate of sealant and reduces the caries rate and is recommended for clinical application.
