Through participating in the drug treatment process of a patient with hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with hypertension,pharmacists combined the patient's medical history and related guidelines,experts'consensus,literature,etc.to carry out individualized pharmaceutical care and optimize the medication scheme for the patient,which standardizes the rational use of drugs by doctors and improve the clinical efficacy to provide reference for standardizing the development of clinical pharmaceutical services and enhance the value of pharmacists.
