维生素K1肌内注射后发生迟发性局部过敏反应1例的护理体会

The nursing experience of a case of delayed local anaphylaxis after intramuscular injection of vitamin K1

维生素K1在临床上普遍应用,因其很少引起过敏,故不需要常规皮试。维生素K1过敏反应是由辅料聚山梨酯80引起的,聚山梨酯80在体内释放组胺,引起强烈的过敏反应,肌内注射可引起局部红肿和疼痛。本研究总结1例维生素K1肌注后发生迟发性局部过敏反应的临床表现、发生过程及护理效果,给予会诊、查体、病情观察、抗过敏等措施。本文旨在探讨肌内注射维生素K1过敏的治疗及护理方法,提醒医护人员在临床使用中加强对药物不良反应的观察,对此类案例的治疗及护理方法提供借鉴,确保患者用药安全。

Vitamin K1 is widely used in clinical practice.As it seldom causes allergies,routine skin tests are not required for it.Vitamin K1 anaphylaxis is caused by the excipient of polysorbate 80.Polysorbate 80 releases the histamine in the body,causing strong anaphylaxis.Intramuscular injection can cause local redness,swelling and pain.This study summarized the clinical manifestation,occurrence process and nursing effect of a case of delayed local anaphylaxis after intramuscular injection of vitamin K1 through measures such as group consultation,physical examination,disease observation,anti-allergic measure,etc.This study aims to explore the treatment and nursing methods of allergy after intramuscular injection of vitamin K1,to remind medical staff to strengthen the observation of adverse reactions to drugs in clinical use,to provide a reference for the treatment and nursing methods of this kind of cases,and to ensure the safety of medication for the patients.
