摘要
为了推动课堂教学改革,结合建构主义的核心理念,将实验项目融入课堂理论教学中,设计了"人才测评"课程T-DS-A实验教学模式并付诸实施。该模式以发挥学生的主体作用为重点,推动学生之间的合作学习,强化教师对学生学习过程的辅导支持,使课堂理论教学与实验教学紧密结合。教学实践表明:T-DS-A模式有助于学生更好地掌握人才测评基础理论知识,提高其实践应用能力和创新能力,有利于培养综合素质。
In order to promote classroom teaching reform, the T-DS-A experimental teaching model of talent evaluation course is designed with the core idea of constructivism and put into practice. In this model, the experimental project is integrated into the classroom theoretical teaching. This model combines classroom theoretical teaching with experimental teaching closely, and it focuses on the role of students’ subjectivity, cooperative learning and teachers’ guidance and support for students’ learning process. Teaching practice shows that T-DS-A model is helpful for students to master the basic theoretical knowledge of talent evaluation, improve their practical application ability and innovation ability, and cultivate their comprehensive quality.
