摘要
对于海洋导管架平台这种复杂而庞大的大型工程结构而言,其静、动力学性能的真实物理模型实验难以开展,大多以缩尺试验模型替代。首先,针对导管架结构特点,结合大学生创新实验的相关内容,提出了缩尺试验模型设计思路,并制作加工出满足几何相似、质量相似、刚度相似的导管架结构缩尺试验模型。在此基础上,为验证缩尺试验模型的动力相似性要求,搭建了缩尺试验模型的模态试验装置,开展了缩尺模态试验。基于该缩尺试验平台,能够有效开展缩尺导管架结构的静力和动力性能测试,并可结合结构的有限元仿真验证,开展广泛的大学生创新实验,实现工程问题与创新实验的有机结合,促进大学生科学实验能力和创新能力的提高。
For the complex and large-scale engineering structure of the offshore jacket platform, it is difficult to carry out the real physical model experiment of its static and dynamic performance, most of which are replaced by scale test model. First of all, according to the characteristics of jacket structure, and combined with the relevant contents of college students’ innovative experiments, the design idea of the scale test model is proposed, and the scale test model of jacket structure that meets the requirements of geometric similarity, quality similarity and stiffness similarity is manufactured. On this basis, in order to verify the dynamic similarity requirements of the reduced-scale test model, the modal test device of such model is established, and the reduced-scale modal test is carried out. Based on the scale test platform, it can effectively carry out the static and dynamic performance test of the scale jacket structure, and carry out a wide range of innovative experiments for college students in combination with the finite element simulation verification of the structure, so as to realize the organic combination of engineering problems and innovative experiments, and promote the cultivation of college students’ scientific experiment ability and innovation ability.
