摘要 低速大扭矩潜油永磁同步电机直接驱动螺杆泵采油作为一项新技术逐渐被油田应用。为了评价该套系统的性能及可靠性,为实际应用提供依据,同时应用于教学,设计了一套潜油永磁同步电机直驱螺杆泵采油实验平台,主要包括潜油永磁同步电机直驱螺杆泵机组、油管路循环系统、控制系统和参数采集系统。完成了实验平台的设计、加工、安装及测试。该实验平台可有效开展不同工况下潜油永磁同步电机性能测试及采油系统性能测试,重点验证潜油永磁同步电机设计的有效性;采用该实验平台开展电机直驱螺杆泵采油实验教学,使学生深入了解新型采油设备及过程,理论与实验教学有机结合,对培养学生科学实验及创新能力起到了积极作用。 As a new technology, progressing cavity pump(PCP) directly driven by low-speed high-torque submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) is applied to oilfields gradually. In order to evaluate the performance and reliability of this new system and serve practical application and teaching simultaneously, a set of the experimental platform for the new type oil production system is developed. It mainly includes the unit of PCP directly driven by SPMSM, pipeline circulation system, control system and parameter acquisition system. The design, processing, installation and testing of the experimental platform are completed, and the test results show that both the SPMSM performance and system performance can be tested effectively with different working conditions and then the validity of optimization design of SPMSM can be verified. The experimental platform has been used for directly driven PCP experimental teaching and the organic combination of theory and experiment teaching is realized. Thus, students can deeply understand the new oil extraction equipment and process, so that it improves their experimental and innovation ability.
