摘要
结合药品工程设计与制造的规范,设计了基于仿真技术的青霉素生产实验教学系统。该教学系统包括工程设计模块、厂区漫游模块、生产操作仿真模块、设备仿真模块和在线考试模块。该系统为学生提供了灵活的学习模式。实践表明,该系统提高了学生的学习效果,强化了学生的工程素养。
Combined with the standard of drug engineering design and manufacture, the experimental teaching system of penicillin production based on simulation technology is designed. The teaching system includes engineering design module, plant roaming module, production operation simulation module, equipment simulation module and online examination module. The system provides students with a flexible learning mode. Practice shows that the system improves students’ learning effect and strengthens their engineering literacy.
