基于“新经济”发展的高职“新工科”建设路径研究

Research on construction path of “New engineering” in higher vocational colleges based on development of “New economy”

第四次工业革命的浪潮下,我国经济增长动能发生深刻转换,涌现出一大批以新技术、新产业、新模式、新业态等为发展载体的新经济。新经济的发展对工程技术人才的知识结构和能力体系提出了新要求,亟需大量具有复合素养和跨学科能力的"新工科"人才作为支撑。高职院校作为"新工科"人才培养的重要力量,要切实面向未来加强"新工科"建设,深化创新工程人才培养模式,培养一支适应和引领"新经济"发展需求的新型工科技术人才。在建设路径上,高职院校要以回归工程实践为主线,构建"新工科"人才培养的新范式;以"新经济"发展需求为导向,构建完善的"新工科"专业结构;以创新创业教育为引领,建立健全"新工科"人才培养体系;以卓越人才标准为依归,构建全过程、多层次的"新工科"建设体系。

Under the wave of the fourth industrial revolution, China’s economic growth momentum has undergone a profound transformation, and a large number of new economies have emerged with new technologies, new industries, new models and new formats. The development of the new economy has come up with new requirements for the knowledge structure and capability system of engineering and technical personnel, and it is urgent to support a large number of new engineering talents with comprehensive literacy and interdisciplinary competence. As an important force in training of new engineering talents, higher vocational colleges must strengthen the construction of new engineering in the future, deepen the training model of innovative engineering talents, and cultivate a new type of engineering technical talents who can adapt to and lead the development of the "New economy". Specifically, higher vocational colleges should take the return to engineering practice as the main line, build a new paradigm for the training of new engineering talents;establish a sound new professional engineering structure based on the development needs of the "New economy", establish and improve a new engineering talent training system, and build a new process engineering system with a full-process and multi-level structure based on the excellence of talent standards.
