Emergency linkage system of university laboratory with multi-agent collaborative response

为提升大学城背景下各高校实验室的应急处置能力,以福州大学为例,结合其所在福州大学城及临近高校特点,提出了基于"事发高校—临近高校—政府主管部门"等多元主体协同响应的高校实验室应急联动体系,明确了各主体的应急响应职责及相互间的衔接关系,并进一步提出了多元主体应急响应的联动机制及响应流程。研究成果对于大学城背景下的类似高校实验室的应急联动建设具有参考意义。

In order to improve the emergency handling capacity of university laboratories in the context of university towns, by taking Fuzhou University as an example, and combined with the characteristics of the Fuzhou University City and nearby universities, an emergency linkage system for university laboratories based on the collaborative response of the "Incident university-adjacent universities-government authorities" is proposed. The emergency response responsibilities of each agent and the connection relationship between them are clarified, and the linkage mechanism and process of emergency response of multiple agents are further put forward. The research results have reference significance for the emergency linkage construction of similar university laboratories under the background of the university town.
