高校实验室安全管理与规范操作流程再造研究

近年来,随着高校实验室建设的快速发展,实验室安全问题已经引起人们的广泛关注,迫切需要进一步提高实验室安全管理效能,规范实验操作。该文从事故致因理论入手,提出了科学开展实验室危险源辨识的方法和理论。基于实验室安全专项检查结果及近期实验室事故通报情况,对实验室安全管理问题进行了综合分析,构建了高校实验室安全管理与制度体系,其实践具有一定的借鉴和推广价值。

In recent years, with the rapid development of laboratory construction in colleges and universities, the problem of laboratory safety has attracted extensive attention, and it is urgent to further improve the efficiency of laboratory safety management and standardize the experimental operation. Starting from the theory of accident causes, this paper puts forward the method and theory of scientific laboratory hazard identification. Based on the results of special laboratory safety inspection and the recent laboratory accident notification, a comprehensive analysis of laboratory safety management problems is carried out, and a university laboratory safety management and regulation system is established, which has certain reference and promotion value in practice.
