美国大学实验室安全管理对我国建设安全“双一流”实验室的启示——以密西根大学安娜堡分校为例

Enlightenment of laboratory safety management in American universities on construction of “Double-first class” laboratories in China: Taking Michigan University, Ann Arbor as example

安全"双一流"高校实验室是中国一流大学和一流学科建设的重要内容。该文以美国密西根大学安娜堡分校实验室安全建设为例,从实验室管理的标准、层级管理制度,以及危险品管理等分析出发,同时结合我国高校实验室管理的现状,为建设安全"双一流"高校实验室提供借鉴。

The "Double first-class" safety laboratory is the most important part of the construction of the world first-class universities and first-class disciplines in China. By taking the laboratory safety construction of University of Michigan, Ann Arbor as an example, this paper starts from the analysis of laboratory management standards, management system, chemical hazards, biological hazards, physical hazards, etc., combines with the current situation of laboratory management in Chinese universities and provide reference for the construction of "Double first-class" laboratories in colleges and universities.
