摘要 Diffuse axonal injury(DAI)is defined as the presence of microscopic axonal damage in the white matter of the brain produced by mechanical forces and is characterized histologically by widespread damage to axons(Maxwell et al.,1997).Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)allows evaluation of the integrity of the white matter of brain to be determined by virtue of its ability to image water diffusion characteristics(Basser et al.,1994).
