摘要
为了寻求更适合油气管道局部腐蚀的评价方法,对石油行业标准SY/T 6151—2009和SY/T 6477—2017中局部腐蚀剩余强度的计算方法进行了比较,并采用这两个标准对某条管道的腐蚀缺陷检测结果进行了评价。腐蚀评价对比结果表明:两种标准的评价结果差别比较大,SY/T 6477—2017标准比SY/T 6151—2009标准评价结果更保守。
In order to find a more suitable evaluation method for local corrosion of oil and gas pipelines,calculation methods of residual strength of local corrosion in SY/T 6151—2009 and SY/T 6477—2017 were compared.The two standards were used to evaluate the internal inspection results of a pipeline.The outcomes indicated the calculation results of two standards were quite different,that is,SY/T 6477—2017 was more conservative than SY/T 6151—2009.
