摘要
由于加工原油的劣质化,某常减压蒸馏装置出现了电脱盐运行不稳定、抗冲击能力差和脱盐除杂不彻底等现象,导致6 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置运行不平稳和腐蚀等问题。通过分析论证,提出了一种膜强化传质脱盐的方法对脱前原油进行处理,利用注水强化传质技术完成脱盐脱水,并且已在常减压蒸馏装置投入应用。装置运行数据表明,膜脱盐系统除盐防腐蚀效果显著,原油预处理能力明显提升,长期运行能有效减缓常减压蒸馏装置的腐蚀,延长装置的稳定使用周期。
With the gradual deterioration of crude oil,a series of problems came out,such as unstable operation of electric desalting,poor impact resistance and incomplete removal of desalting and impurity,which greatly affected normal operation of 6.0 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Through analysis and demonstration,membrane enhanced desalination technology was proposed and put into application.Operating data indicated that the technology has remarkable effect on desalting and anti-corrosion,which can improve crude oil pretreatment capacity and ensure long-term stable operation of the unit.
