巧制切口保护套在电视胸腔镜手术中的应用

摘要 电视胸腔镜手术是胸外科应用最广泛的一项微创手术技术,有手术创伤小、术中出血少、患者术后恢复快、住院时间短、美容效果好等优点[1]。更多患者愿意选择电视胸腔镜手术,而术中使用切口保护套既可降低切口感染率[2-3],又能避免电灼伤。但一次性切口保护套价格昂贵,我科自制切口保护套,在电视胸腔镜手术中应用效果不错,现介绍如下:1材料与方法1.1材料保护套材料包括16号一次性红皮导尿管1根、一次性无菌保护套1只、静脉留置透明敷贴2片(见图1)。
