摘要
质量管控负责人作为直属库负责质量安全的第一责任人参与质量管控的全过程。本文分析了在此种管理模式运行下的现状以及存在的优势和不足,并提出相关建议优化质量管控体系,确保国家粮食安全。
As the first person responsible for the quality and safety of the directly affiliated warehouse,the person in charge of quality control participates in the whole process of quality control.This paper analyzes the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of this management mode,and puts forward relevant suggestions to optimize the quality control system to ensure national food security.
