摘要 食品安全问题是最贴近人民的民生问题之一,近年来,随着科学技术的不断发展以及食品安全需求的提高,食品检测机构层出不穷,在促进了行业发展的同时,机构之间也存在激烈的竞争,而检测质量才是核心竞争力。本文以此为背景,针对当前食品检测发展现状总结了相应对策,以期充分发挥食品检测工作的社会效益与经济效益。 Food safety is one of the issues closest to the people’s livelihood.In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology and the needs of various food safety fields,more and more food testing institutions emerge in endlessly.While promoting the development of the industry,there is also fierce competition between institutions,and improving the quality of testing is the real core competitiveness.Based on this background,this paper summarizes the corresponding countermeasures for the current development of food testing,in order to achieve better social and economic benefits for food testing.
