摘要
食品生产许可制度是食品生产企业产品进入市场的一道有效管控屏障。本文以糕点生产许可现场核查为依据,分别从加工场所、设备设施、加工过程、人员管控、管理制度和产品全项目检验合格报告6大部分,对热加工糕点生产许可现场核查中常见的问题进行分类归纳总结。为今后糕点食品生产许可证的现场核查工作、企业主日常管理及市场监管部门的日常监管提供有益参考。
The food production license system is an effective control barrier for food production enterprises to enter the market.Based on the on-site inspection of pastry production license,this paper classified and summarized the common problems in the on-site inspection of hot processed pastry production license from six parts,including production site,equipment and facilities,processing process,personnel control and control,management system and the inspection qualification report of the whole project.It provides useful reference for the on-site inspection of pastry food production license,daily management of business owners and daily supervision of market supervision departments in the future.
