摘要 随着我国社会经济实力的不断提高,人们对于生活质量的要求也越来越高,各种新兴的科技手段被广泛应用于人们生活的各方面,但是人们目前最关注的问题就是食品安全问题,它与人们的生命健康安全息息相关。因此,为了强化对于食品安全质量的检测,确保食品质量安全,本文主要介绍了液质联用技术在食品安全检测中的应用,分析了液质联用技术的重要作用,以期为我国食品安全检测发展提供一定的帮助。 With the continuous development and progress of China's social and economic strength,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of life,a variety of emerging scientific and technological means are widely used in all aspects of people's life,but people are currently most concerned about the problem of food safety,it is closely related to the health and safety of people's life.Therefore,in order to strengthen the detection of food safety quality and ensure food safety quality,this paper mainly introduces the application of LC/MS technology in food safety detection,so that people can have a comprehensive understanding of the important role of LC/MS technology and provide some help for the development of food safety detection in China.
