食品安全关系到人民群众的身体健康和幸福生活。随着郑州国家中心城市建设进程的加速推进,郑州市现已跃居国内新一线城市之列,常住人口破千万,食品安全问题管理事关千万人口的身体健康和生命安全,必须引起高度重视。本文在分析当前郑州市食品产业发展和安全现状的基础上,深入剖析现阶段暴露出的食品安全问题,并提出合理化的管控对策,从而助力郑州市做好食品安全工作。

Food safety is related to the people’s health and happy life.With the acceleration of national central city construction in Zhengzhou,Zhengzhou has become one of the new first-tier cities in China,with more than 10 million permanent residents.Therefore,to strengthen food safety management concerns the health and life safety of 10 million people in Zhengzhou,which must be attached great importance to.Based on the analysis of the current development and safety status of the food industry in Zhengzhou,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the food safety problems exposed at this stage,and proposes reasonable control countermeasures,so as to help Zhengzhou do a good job in food safety.
