论我国的粮食安全现状分析及其对策

On the Current Situation of Food Security in China and Its Countermeasures

粮食安全问题是一个关系国计民生、国家安全的战略问题,而影响粮食安全的因素很多,自然条件、科技水平、经济政策、国际环境等共同作用于农业生产,因此粮食安全问题必须做到因地制宜、因时制宜,根据不断变化的影响因素,制定出相应的保障粮食安全的对策。本文通过对“粮食安全”定义的探讨,引出我国的粮食安全问题,进而分析我国粮食安全现状并指出产生此类问题的原因,最后提出保障我国粮食安全的对策。

Food security is a strategic issue related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood and the maintenance of national security.There are many factors affecting food security,such as natural conditions,scientific and technological level,economic policies,international environment and so on.We must adjust measures to local conditions and time conditions,and formulate corresponding countermeasures to ensure food security according to the changing influencing factors。Through the discussion of the definition of“food security”,this paper leads to the problems of food security in China,then analyzes the current situation of China’s food security,and points out the causes of such problems,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to ensure China’s food security.
