The training of weather forecasters includes induction training,rotation training,research and studies,etc.It is a relatively perfect field in meteorological education and training.Education and training are paying more and more attention to practical teaching.The construction of practical training environment is the basis of practical teaching,and the building of standardized training environment is particularly important.Taking the standardization construction of Heibei Sub-Centre of CMATC's weather forecaster practical training environment as an example,the standardization construction of practical training environment and standardized system were beneficially explored.
