浅谈广电网络工程施工质量管理

Brief Discussion on Construction Quality Management of Radio and Television Network Project

近年来,广电行业迅猛发展,从模拟电视走向了数字电视,从HFC网络演变成FTTH,从各地分散的网络逐步整合至全省一网乃至将来的全国一网。随着广电行业日趋完善规范,广电网络工程日益扩大,对工程质量提出了更高的要求。但是相对于其他运营商多年大规模的工程建设,积累了成熟的经验,广电行业在工程项目管理方面还有所欠缺,没有形成全国统一的模式,而施工质量管理作为项目管理的核心,决定了广电网络工程的质量,是业务开展的重要保障。基于此,简述了广电网络工程施工质量管理的重要性,从多个方面分析了其中的影响因素,并提出了一些质量控制措施。

In recent years,the radio and television industry has developed rapidly,from analog TV to digital TV,from HFC network to FTTH,from scattered network to one network in the whole province and even the whole country in the future.With the radio and television industry becoming more and more perfect and standardized,the radio and television network engineering is expanding day by day,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of the project.However,compared with other operators years of large-scale engineering construction and accumulated mature experience,the radio and television industry still has deficiencies in project management and has not formed a unified national mode.As the core of project management,construction quality management determines the quality of radio and television network engineering and is an important guarantee for business development.Based on this,this paper describes the importance of radio and television network engineering construction quality management,analyzes the influencing factors from many aspects,and puts forward some quality control measures.
