吉林省创业环境对农户转型影响的因子分析

Factor analysis on the influence of the entrepreneurial environment on the transformation of peasant households in Jilin province

当前吉林省农户经营方式较为单一,而农户转型多元化发展深受创业环境影响.省内创业环境与发达省份相比较为落后,尚处于发展建设期,对农户转型存在较多影响因素需挖掘与改善.本文结合吉林省农业创业发展实际,深入分析农户转型影响因素,构建绿色农业创业环境影响量表.通过问卷调查回收有效数据,进行探索性因子分析,优化量表结构,以此为依据构建农户转型创业环境影响机制,为吉林省创业环境优化及农户多元化生产经营提供理论建议.

At present,the operation mode of farmers in Jilin province is relatively single,and the diversified development of farmers'transformation is deeply affected by the entrepreneurial environment.Compared with the developed provinces,the entrepreneurial environment in this province is relatively backward and still in the stage of development and construction,and there are many influencing factors for peasant household transformation that need to be explored and improved.Based on the actual development of agricultural entrepreneurship in Jilin Province,this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of peasant household transformation and constructs the environmental impact scale of green agricultural entrepreneurship.Effective data were collected through questionnaire survey,exploratory factor analysis was carried out,and the scale structure was optimized.Based on this,the impact mechanism of peasant household transformation and entrepreneurship environment was constructed,and theoretical Suggestions were provided for the optimization of entrepreneurial environment and diversified production and operation of peasant household in Jilin province.
