摘要
动脉血栓的形成是一个十分复杂的病理生理过程,涉及血小板、血管以及凝血抗凝系统间的相互作用,而血小板活化是动脉血栓形成的关键环节。现通过回顾近年相关文献并结合最新研究结果,对以黏附受体和G蛋白偶联受体为核心的血小板活化相关信号转导过程,以及抗血小板药物的临床使用与研发进行综述。
The formation of arterial thrombosis is an extremely complex pathophysiological process,which involves the interaction between platelets,blood vessels and the coagulation and anticoagulation system,and platelet activation plays a crucial role in the formation of arterial thrombosis.By reviewing the recent literatures and combining with the latest research results,we reviewed the signal transduction process related to platelet activation with adhesion receptor and G-protein-coupled receptor as the core,as well as the clinical application and research of antiplatelet drugs.
