摘要
以再生粗骨料粘附砂浆含量为变量,配制C40再生骨料混凝土进行碳化对比试验,结合碳化模型以碳化深度达到钢筋表面为准则,探究粘附砂浆含量对再生骨料混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。结果表明,碳化深度与碳化速率均随粘附砂浆含量的增加而增大,且碳化深度增幅较大,粘附砂浆含量处于35%~45%(质量分数)时,其碳化深度可以满足一般环境下混凝土结构设计使用年限30 a、50 a和100 a的抗碳化性能要求。
A comparative carbonation test of C40 recycled aggregate concrete prepared with different adsorbed mortar content of recycled coarse aggregate was carried out.Based on the carbonation model,the carbonation depth to the surface of the steel bar was taken as the criterion.The effect of adsorbed mortar content on the carbonation resistance of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)was explored.The results show that the carbonation depth and carbonation rate increase with the increase of adsorbed mortar content,and the carbonation depth increases greatly.When the adsorbed mortar content is in the mass fraction range of 35%to 45%,the carbonation depth of RAC meets the requirements for the carbonation resistance of concrete structure with the design service life of 30 a,50 a and 100 a in a general environment.
